DELIVERY OF YOUR NEW PRODUCT IS DONE WITH GREAT CARE AT TEVA
Upon completion of your purchase, we will keep you in the loop via email when your order is dispatched and will provide you with all the details you need to track your order.
Please see below our current delivery timeframes as we work with limited air capacity to New Zealand. We make our best efforts to deliver your order within 10-17 business days.
Tracking Availability & Delivery ETA
All New Zealand online orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Please allow 5 - 10 business days to receive your tracking number and delivery timing. Best efforts are made to deliver your product within 10-17 business days. Remote or regional areas may take longer. Note that delivery timeframes may be impacted during increased volumes and/or external courier delays.
Cost & Shipping Types
The delivery cost of your product/s is free anywhere within New Zealand for all orders over $110. Orders under $110 are charged a flat rate of $10 for shipping. We ship using DHL within Australia, and then NZ Courier services once your parcel arrives in New Zealand.
Please note, Teva does not ship to PO Boxes or Private Bags.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available, or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a full refund.
We take full responsibility for ensuring that all products ordered through Teva.co.nz reach our customers. If there is no proof of delivery, Teva will replace or refund at our discretion.
